      Great leadership and development opportunities. Opportunities to connect across the organization even in remote environments. Strong business growth plan and strategies to ensure a prosperous company.

      Cons

      Managing the growth plan and strategies come at a cost of reorganization and restructuring the business which eliminated positions. Also, this delays promotions and the ability to grow.

      Extreme work burn out - constantly wanting more and more from you. This is a huge factor to consider if looking to join. Very target orientated You are often compared to other sales people in the team, even though areas are completely different
