      The company does give you significant PTO.

      Cons

      -Lack of good management -High Workload (You’ll be doing multiple jobs) -Raises are minimum few and far between -No room for advancement -Revolving door of new employees -Learning new skills does not equate to more pay -Bad employees will stay because they don’t fire anyone people just quit
