Pros

Benefits are competitive. They took the 401k match away during the pandemic then management bragged how they made record billions while in their summer home in the Caribbean via Skype 👎

Cons

Extreme favoritism. HR & Management 👎 not supportive. If you take your Grievance you face termination. Refuse a leave of absence when you need it most during a family illness. Even through Covid!

Pros

Very stable company to work for, with a lot of different teams/departments to move around to. The option to work completely remote is also a huge plus. Depending on your role you can also travel, which is a nice perk. You can interact with many people across the country and in other countries which is cool.

Cons

There is definitely favoritism and politicism evident when it comes to promotions, visibility, etc. If you don't advocate for yourself you can be easily overlooked, while watching others lap you many times. There is a lack of accountability across the board. People can be very unresponsive, or no call/no show on meetings, with no regard to how it impacts others and no fear of being reprimanded. Leadership will often overload you with an amount of work/projects that could be spread between 2 or 3 full time jobs and it seems they either don't see the need or care to add resources or remove projects.
