Supportive managers, generous benefits and great team-like work environment. Nice office setting, good work-life balance. Lots of company loyalty.

Cons

Some departments need more opportunities for employees to advance. There's frustration among employees loyal to the company but feel a bit stuck in their current job.

Pros

Amazing people and work culture. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Excellent work life balance. Upper management is extremely reachable and present. A ton of opportunity for growth though out the company.

Cons

Although the benefits are very generous the salaries could use improvement.

Great people: I found some really smart and friendly people working at HS Work culture: Very encouraging work environment. Flat organization - you could discuss your ideas with the higher management, and they would listen and act on it. Global company

Cons

Yet to find any downside as such. Because not only its the market leader in what it does, but also a company that really takes care of its employees
