Stable company, a lot of career opportunities if open to shifting departments/functions, flexible work environment with flex-time off (unlimited PTO w/manager approval, 100% match on 401k up to 7% of income, remote work opportunities, high D&I presence, among others.

Cons

Siloed work departments and communications, average to slightly below average pay and difficult to negotiate pay with (outside sales team), unclear career progression unless self-advocating, low annual merit increase potential even with above average to substantially above average performance marks.

The company’s onboarding process connects you with others in the company that allows you to learn a lot throughout the year.

Cons

When escalating issues you’ll run around in circles without support from leadership and nothing actually gets resolved leading to a build up of challenges and frustration. People in leadership roles that have been with the company for 30 years get away with belittling and disrespecting others without repercussions. Changing the hours expected to be worked after on boarding an employee when hours to be worked were discussed during the interview also causes issues when employees have family duties outside of work.
