      Pros

      The culture at Henry Schein is second to none. The company does a lot to keep its employees engaged and motivated through various initiatives and programs. There has been a lot of emphasis placed on the importance of D&I, and there are a number of ERGs focused on getting everyone involved! There is not a lot of turnover, and the company loves to promote and transfer employees from within the company rather than hiring from outside. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Career development pathways are inconsistent across the company. The benefits are expensive and have an extremely high out-of-pocket maximum.
