Possibly the worst job I have ever worked at. I dont know why anyone would stay there for more than a week.
Pros
- Friendly co-workers - Flexible schedule if you have more than one job - 50% off new oufit each outfit
Cons
- Bad management - Very strict look policy (can only wear clothes that are navy blue, gray, and white) - No training what so ever - Rude managers - You only get 50% on specific outfits listed on the AAA look pamplet everything else after you use 50% discount the first time is 20% which does help much because clothes are expensive and pay is so low that you'll use your whole paycheck on your uniform - Not enough hours - Minimum hours - Fold clothes that have already been folded over and over again the whole 5 hrs - Models can't do anything, all they do is stand in front of the store say hey wats up and if a customer needs anything you have to call your manager because you cannot move within other parts of the store, models have to be in front of the store at all times. - Do not give minors breaks
