The managers and assistant managers were very likely to give you time off if you went to them and asked.

The managers felt as though they were better than you but had no education to back up what they were saying.

Best reasons to work at Hollister is that it is extremely easy to get a shift covered or ask for time off.

Cons

Downsides of working at Hollister is that there are no promotions for models. Most managers are to intense and make such an easy and chill job very stressful.

Pros

Good Discounts at company whether shopping at Hollister or Abercrombie you would be getting 30% or 40% discount off original price. The environment is very laid back and so is the music.

Cons

You are overworked for little compensation, after a while you feel like you have lived there. Music became difficult to listen to, and not enjoyable.
