Great UCD community and benefits

Pros

- Life work balance, great for families - Great user centered design community, very supportive, including management - Challenging and rewarding work - Loads of training and development opportunities

Cons

- Although the salary is fine it might be a bit in the low side for London - The levels of UCD maturity vary from project to project - There are no bonuses but performance rewards are available - If you wish to be promoted you need to apply for it though the same process as if it was a new role.
