Very flexible Nice people (that includes management) Plenty of opportunities to get promoted or move within teams/different depts. Support for wellbeing, menopause, mental health and more Fantastic pension Reward vouchers for good work

Constant changes with processes. You get your head round something and then it changes Sometimes communication is lacking
