Good starting salary of £28,000 and a retention fee of £2500 after 24 months in job, so within 2 years in the role you're on £30,500 before you even add on any annual pay rises. Good progression opportunities as always hiring in different areas.

Cons

Very stressful and can weigh heavily on mental health. Not sustainable, so you can only really stay in the role for 2 years before needing to move on. Lots of change and very little support or training, so you need to be someone who is a self-starter.
