Pros

Great colleagues and people want to do their best. Extreme cases and high end public protection and risk management is so rewarding once done right and allocated the correct time and resource.

Cons

Awful work load, cases, breaches, court reports and allocations stacked up. Colleagues regularly having 40+ cases and not being able to manage them effectively.
