Pros

The pension is good and 50% of what you do is interesting.

Cons

The other %50 of the job consists of an insane amount of administrative tasks and processes which you get no credit for and don't have time to get used to. All these admin tasks change almost on a weekly basis, and new forms and procedures are constantly added to your list of responsibilities, while your weekly targets and your salary stay the same. They'll always add more and more procedures. If you're good enough, they'll even give you extra responsibilities, again, without increasing your salary nor decreasing your weekly targets. Training provided and targets set are inadequate considering the standard of care required when dealing with such sensitive information.
