Great investment in training and opportunities to move into a new profession.

Cons

Digital department subsumed by IT department in 2017, resulting in a Frankenstein approach to delivery. Purport to be agile, but in reality it’s waterfall with some agile ceremonies thrown in. Almost entirely staffed by very expensive consultants.
