Pros

People are generally friendly and willing to help if you have any problems. The office on Marsham Street is modern and a nice place to work.

Cons

Depending on the team you're working in, projects can move slowly and the technology stack is outdated. The Croydon office isn't the most inspiring of places to work.

Management are lying bullies

Pros

Not much - Flexible working hours

Cons

Management are are deceitful, lying and ignorant who openly claim employment legislation does not have to be adhered to if they don’t want to. Disability rights are ignored. Employment policies and procedures look good on paper but are not followed. For those who give good reviews they have probably not faced the dirty underhand methods first hand - or maybe they are the ones who cruelly chuck people out under the bus to preserve their own jobs.
