Intense bullying and lying is rife among managers. Policies, procedures and employment legislation are not followed.

Nice colleagues. Give training. Flexi time. Decent holidays. Good wages. Enjoy working in town too. Lots to join in with if you are so inclined.

Cons

Reporting system. Peer based with only 10-15% allowed to be in the top marked. What if there's more? Reports are based against peers who may have been there 20yrs when you have only been there 1 yr.
