The pay is the best aspect
Cons
Upper management are out of touch and make changes that affect employees negatively with little regards to the consequences. They change the office attendance percentage without caring about the impact on people's personal lives, and if you don't hit the office attendance you get disciplinary action. It;s very micro managey, progression is offered to whoever is the most friendly with SEOs and G6's rather than merit. Progression is pretty limited too.
