Great compensation, super smart people to be around and scaling very fast, a lot of changes and improvement. Leadership is inspiring. A lot of potential

STO model and cylos not always beneficial. Very little communication or alignments which impacts roles that are mostly partner facing and bdm. Goals are not always defined properly at least not in all departments
