Pros

I love Hopper and their culture. Everyone is very friendly and the company really takes care of our wellness they always keep a good and friendly environment. They’re very flexible with unforeseen circumstances.

Cons

Due to COVID-19 they had to reduce the benefits just for some employees which is a bummer and shady. They reduced salary just for some employees even from the same level.

Pros

Lots of opportunity to grow, learn and take on new challenges. Exciting to be in the travel industry and company really takes care of employees with perks and benefits. Some of the most intelligent and kindest people in tech, some of which are now my life-long friends.

Cons

Completely mishandled COVID pandemic and its impact on the travel industry. Let go 40% of the company only to now have openings for those same positions 6 months later. Constantly restructuring organization structure. Poor communication between leadership and the rest of the company.
