Pros
Hopper is innovating in a commoditized space. The product is user friendly and getting better every day. Users love it. The team is full of uniquely intelligent and capable people that happen to be a lot of fun as well. There's nothing cookie cutter about the crew. It's a small team though which means you'll have ownership and genuine opportunity for impact. Compensation and benefits are very competitive. Office atmosphere is casual and open. All together, it's a really great place to work.
Cons
There aren't any day-to-day cons honestly. It's a great place work. The hiring process is long which can be a challenge for a company in growth mode, but we all understand the need to curate the team. And it's a typical startup in that some ideas/projects will get cut, no matter how much you love them. It might sting a little if you've been working on it for a while, but conversion is king at the end of the day.
