      - The STO organizational model allows each team to have very focused goals. - Low meeting culture prevents over-communication. - There are good technical challenges, not just the ones from yet another OTA. - Great and diverse team members. - Equity is superb.

      On-call rotations and aggressive goals can be exhausting.

People at Hopper are very willing to help each other Good benefits like Health and Life insurance, Unlimited PTO, reasonable Maternity, and Paternity leaves Working from home
