Colleagues and Stakeholders are very collaborative and everyone is willing to put in their best effort to get the work done. It's a fast paced, rapidly growing environment and employees are given the freedom to generate new ideas, which makes the work fun and motivational.

Pros

Culture of results (politicking gets you nowhere), everyone is smart and wants to be smarter, truly focused on the customer experience and doing right by them. Travel is a fun and exciting place to be. COVID didn't slow us down and the future is super bright for the company and the industry. The leadership team isn't bogged down in optics, they are all about enabling and empowering others to build meaningful products and be owners. And everyone here is easy and fun to work with, even in an all remote environment.

Cons

There's definitely a fly-or-die mentality which is not for everyone. But if that's your jam you will crush it here.
