Pros

Every day at Hopper is an exciting day, full of innovation and interesting problems to solve. Hopper is always evolving. The opportunities and challenges are huge, and the more we grow, understand the industry, and collaborate with customers and airlines, the more interesting our environment becomes. The people who work here are the sharpest group of people I've ever worked with. The work environment encourages cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing, which leads to some very creative thinking and products. We have a highly data-driven culture which helps us to move fast with clear understanding of how success looks like and what is the impact of our work on the company goals. As the company is growing, there are huge growth opportunities and career development for top performers.

Cons

As a growth-stage company, there are growing pains

Pros

Great benefits including a full in depth insurance plan, OPUS subscription etc. The opportunity to learn and also be remote is hard to find and executed well at Hopper.

Cons

Constant changes due to the status of “start up”, constantly receive negative feedback, and the management seems to lack the skills they need to aid the growing number of employees. There will be shifts in title without explanation and often it is not a good decision.
