-toxic place so avoid dont do it! -there is no ownership the real culture is pass it around till the customer get pissed upset and mad -no proper workflow/no direction -they love letting go of the good and excellent people -everything is experimental change the logo to hamster. -promoted leaders don't know the real process how would they know they are the one who kept on passing files they cannot provide resolution -they make simple things complicated im short they cant simplify and find the solution right away -they will overused and abused your knowledge so just pretend you dont know even if you know that makes us underpaid and appreciated -illogical QA and impossible matrix which is unattainable as if your reaching for the stars -customer obssesed give me a break lol they will just pacify them with vouchers and carrot cash -too many system too used

I work with some of the most supportive, efficient, hard-working people that I have ever worked with, and every day is exciting and filled with positive energy… I would imagine that this depends on which team he work on but in my experience, it’s been wonderful

Cons

It’s definitely busy… And I am a fast Worker so I can imagine that this pace isn’t for everyone
