Pros

Excellent health insurance benefits. Paid PTO, Carrot Cash once in a while. Quarterly bonuses and full-time work from home.

Cons

Constant changes, There are no clear directions, and management changes about every 6 months. There is no job security because every few months they restructure and a big chunk of the company gets laid off. Still setting up policies, and constant last-minute changes.

Pros

The opportunity for advancement is there. Remote work and learning a myriad of systems and technologies. Great people at all levels made working remotely fun.

Cons

They are a travel company yet very few people in management know anything about travel. This led to a lack of direct contracts with operators in the industry. Their over reliance on their competitors led to a vulnerability that resulted in them canning a majority of their North American staff.
