      They don't micromanage you as you work, rather focussed on results

      Cons

      -They hired a bunch of people last year, and now they have "let go" most of them, this included people in leadership positions… Seems like they take rush decisions and don't really mind how this will affect their employees -Even thought I have always been a top performer, there seems not to be room for growth -Salary could be better

      Strong leadership and compensation, strong product, several very strong engineers of great temperament.

      Cons

      Stressful. Some teams are black holes, attracting or hiring engineers and spitting them out bruised and unhappy a short time later.
