      PTO, flexibility of remote culture, medical insurance

      Cons

      Fully remote means rarely getting to see or even meet your colleagues, but overall I personally prefer it than having to go to the office

      co-worker, smart peoples benefits remote not boring

      Cons

      Lack of transparency. Some level of management just take credit for good stuff but never take responsibility and accountability for bad decisions or actions. You need to know to good person to have some passes right on expenses while the rest of the company must be careful.

      Pros

      Compensation is good. The product has a lot of potential and getting stocks might get you a lot of $ in the future.

      Cons

      Software engineering is 90% copy-paste driven. The culture is toxic - there's a lot of pressure from the C level for results, the upper management is afraid for their jobs and push for quick wins that do not bring long term value. There are random layoffs and reorgs every quarter. Ownership is passed like hot potato and in the end no one knows anything about how things operate.
