10 out of 10 on the Consensus Management - Don't handle opposing or different viewpoints very well Managers, Directors, and VP most often lack basic human management skills...screaming is common especially in China offices, as well as passive aggressive management Solid Middle Management skill set is mostly nonexistent If you don't speak Mandarin, you are simple left out of most conversations and most all meetings In China offices, Americans are look down upon From a Technology standpoint, their strategy is to be a follower v Innovator
