      Pros

      Fast growing, multinational company. Lots to learn and do. Great colleagues, all highly professional and knowledgeable, just too few of them.

      Cons

      Intensely siloed company. Everything decided in China. Strategy opaque to the point of absence. As a result, they appear to react to events rather than direct them. Dreadful travel and expenses system and allowances. You end up subsidising your business travel
