      High Salary and regular bonus

      In Philippines, very toxic. No work life balance. More work and promotion but no increase in pay. 5 Vacation Leave only but still need to work, only purpose of VL is not to clock in at office. Still need to work even on sick days, no clock in but will work remotely. Always overtime no pay and need to work Saturday and Sunday, no pay. Mental health issue is happening on all employee but they only give seminars and chinese bosses doesnt care. Only chinese can become boss. Always say localization but never happened

      -High pay and crazy bonus scheme -Hardwork pays off (if you show off) -Work travel opportunities

      Cons

      -Minimum vacation days -Management gears towards “localization” but rarely admits locals in MT -Work life balance is a foreign concept. They want all your time including supposed off hours to be dedicated to work and the company only. -Chinese executives and staff are changed every few years so there is always a change in policies, management style and company direction.
