      The “R” domain is the best domain for AP DOC , where you gain technical knowledge while building strong team bonds. By taking on leadership roles, you can also develop valuable leadership and management skills.

      Cons

      The China leader desires blind flattery from subordinates . He is not only arrogant but also verbally disrespectful, disregarding the feelings of his team. “J” domain leader damages the careers of subordinates, obstructs their intention to change to other good departments/teams, and publicly humiliates them. Else, they will talk anything to brainwash you to stay.
