      Pros

      No pros at the moment, can't think of any. Prepare to embrace the concept of work-work balance.

      Cons

      Strong favoritism in the partner development dpt, APAC region. Terrible management, lousy leadership and bad managers - Dir. Lu . Will sack you at all cost, without any relevant reasons even you worked hard and achieved targets. Long working hours and expect you work overtime in order to get recognition and incentives.

      Pros

      Projects are interesting and motivating. Not because the company culture, but because Customers. You focus on the Customer and Huawei is just the vehicle. You can learn and grow experience. Pay is fair and sometimes above average.

      Cons

      Do not expect a career progression (unless you have the right red passport). You are a production machine, that must abide by Chinese work culture if you want to maintain your position. Work-life balance is only respected if you force it, otherwise it will vanish. A dictatorial work model management is in place, controlling office attendance and hours.
