Only go here if there is nothing else. It's a horrible place, it's like an abusive relationship.
Pros
I know that I can work for a year without vacation. I have a higher tolerance than anyone in the class and I have learned to work in conditions that I would not wish on anyone.
Cons
Chinese leaders are incompetent. It is not at all European and not at all logical any system. You borrow your own money for customer dinners, which you get back months later, if you paid in euros, that's how you did it. They offer the minimum, but expect the maximum. There are Hungarian leaders who are well paid, they believe that this is a good place, but they no longer do meaningful work. I have no idea how this company is still viable. You can earn well only with overtime, of which there is plenty. Chinese colleagues speak English like an eight-year-old Indian. The restroom is dirty because they do their business like at home, that's why all the china is like that. For crows and spitting, munching. If you want to find out what it's like to work in China, go ahead, Huawei is waiting!
