Outsource staff is treated based on Nationality. No salary increment, no job grade change, no bonus. Same work same task same job Chinese will get more than double salary, good grade, high house rent and bonus etc. But for other nationals if you ask about increment your team leader and manager will start telling stories. Outsource staff is treated as poor slaves. Directors, managers, team leaders always try to show Chinese are superb but they even don't have manners to speak or treat others well. What you can expect from these Chinese directors, managers, supervisors who themselves pass the certifications upto HCIE with leaked solutions.

Discrimination, just stories, misbehaving, only big mouth speaking, certification through cheating.
