Good place to start your career if you are the type to get things done without anyones help
Pros
Depending on your luck you will have a supervisor who will only care about results and leave you do your job without micromanaging you. You will be entrusted with a lot of responsibilities that you would not get right when you start in your career in any other company but you are responsibile to aquire all the knowledge and skills you actually need to get the job done yourself without having anyone mentoring you.
Cons
If you need someone mentoring you, this is not the place to be. There is a clear distinctiong of local staff, local chinese staff and chinese staff. Don't expect to actually get to a real management position if you are not chinese staff. You might not want to have that anyways due to the amount of repetitive meetings anyways though
