      Pros

      I got to see Europe. this allowed me to travel across Europe and see how the Chinese are Globalizing. Chinesebizblog.com you can see more examples here.

      Cons

      simply put they do not care about humans. Anyone can be replaced when they are killed in the war... Example: China sent hundreds to the Ukraine and we lost workers. No one hears about this from the Chinese. I was fired for launching an HR complaint against a Chinese national that kept yelling at our new hires. They will hire you and take all your contacts. Then push you out of the company.

      Pros

      Well, to be fair, technology wise they are very good so far... But I guess those poor guys working 24/7 in the R & D lab did all the job.

      Cons

      OH, my, what should I start, workplace bully, abusive language,racist jokes... they got them all in the reading office. Culture? they have no Culture other than working long hours....without pay if you are new... Job training? Not existed. As a native Chinese speaker, who can see things from both sides clearly, there are lots of big problems inside the company.

      Pros

      Some staff care about company, but not many.

      Cons

      Very heavy (more than 85%) chinese staff presence with ALL senior positions for chinese only. Token titles and positions with no power of influence occasionally given to local employees for account patronage reasons or a belief that it will win them a project. Chinese language is still primary company language, staff try to speak english but the proficiency is generally low and quite often its a very much a hit and miss affair if people understand!
