      Salary is good, package is good.

      Cons

      It is a selfish environment, senior managers and senior managers, of dubious competence, do not take into account senior hired experts; if hired, you will most likely end up doing monkey work. Better looking elsewhere if you want to improve your career.

      Decent Pay They pay well for the US employees they can lure from top companies like Apple , but those employees don't stay long

      Cons

      No Innovation No Leadership No Integrity They don't understand that they can't run the US staff like they control the China staff Going nowhere in the US China controls everything If you're Chinese and have come to the US to run from China and reap the benefits, then you'll be fine here. If you're ok with a company that only looks to copy and paste what US companies have already done, then Huawei US is the place for you. If you're ok with a lot of whispering in Chinese and a company with no leadership or direction in the US, then Huawei is the place for you

      Pros

      Non-Chinese has a better chance in here. But not understanding Chinese is also an issue for the career development.

      Cons

      Company is very short-sighted in terms of technology. It claims that they care about the research, but they are NOT. All they care is whether there are clients interested in purchasing the product in one year or two. They do not do any technology investment.. Most of work is engineering work, rather than some decent research. Chinese employees work overtime but do not get fair treatment. This is ironic cuz Huawei is a Chinese company. Low pay and poor benefit
