      Pros

      The company has a lot of technology and strong R&D backing. Lots of potentials to grow your career if you have the ability communicate with them (in Chinese).

      Cons

      - Unless you are Chinese you will have a difficult time interacting with overseas colleagues as many times they don’t trust you and provide you the work. - Lack of trust in oversea employees. Need the ability to gain their trust first. - Poor communications from management. - Almost no collaboration or teamwork.

      Very Chinese - Chinese people only get promoted, Chinese people are only ever in senior positions Bad hiring process - Lots of people in roles they did not apply for Rigid structure not suited to the Western world 'China knows best' can get annoying Constant competing with internal teams Fake reporting to senior stakeholders
