      Depends on Individual. Some can do well in there, but many peoples are treated badly with discrimination and disrespect.

      Pros

      Very dynamic, flexible and everything is possible. Good compensation and rewarding if you can contribute. Numerous information and knowledge you can gain in there.

      Cons

      A cowboy company without proper system, rule & regulation. Very poor leadership and management style very much vary in place, time and person. Power hold within a few persons and victims need manage his/her own problem. Autonomous and no career advancement especially under a typical Chinese supervisor.

      Pros

      The are some lunch vouchers offered by the company and the canteen in the building offers good food. I cannot find any positives for the working environment.

      Cons

      I have been working three years in the company. Some of the strongest problems I can see, is the complete lack of transparency, the chaotic management and exploitation culture. Only the Chinese colleagues enjoy the trust from the upper management and are given opportunities. The rest are not seen as part of the company.

      Pros

      multicultural environment, talented people around, salary and bonus

      Cons

      company culture is to please next layer of management, manager's and leader's competence is below average, managers do not have the required skill to fulfill their roles. Highly skilled technical people cannot emerge or leave a mark. European research labs used as sales and mostly as interface for collaborations. Company culture and mindset is follower, not leader.
