      You can learn many things when you just graduate from university. There are always some discussion about technology. The progress is good to learn.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the schedule becamse very tight. You have to overwork for a long time. Overall, the management of some departments in this company is not very good. You don't have time to be off from work, the manager might not approve your application for your requestion for a rest.
