Pros
Slightly Good compensation package compared with market standard. People having no personal life may find it suitable since it's expected to stay 24*7 at office.
Cons
Impossible to balance personal & work life. Will be asked to work on most of the weekends. No regard for employees as an individual & their commitments, Too much of burden in the name of security. No option to work from home even in critical situations. No flexi hours. Too much of process overhead. Insufficient or no project planning.
