      Pros

      Challenging environment to start off your career. Kick start with coding and actual involvement in live project within 10days of your joining the team. Better compensation against other competitors in the same domain.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance. Many teams are demotivated due to politics and ineffecient senior management. Work becomes monotonous and poor after some time as you mostly do Post Release support. Many products are heading towards maintainence, so beware.

      Get a lot of opprtunity to learn.good environment.supportive senior mgmt.Fair and open and frank. quality work.

      personal life is affected in some months of the year.work timings are long.it is not too long as hyped by people.almost all IT companies say flexible culture but also have equally long hrs.
