Pros
1. very good learning, good salary 2. can stick to for a long time as far as anyone is only concentrated on carrerf growth. 3. some very good seniors you can learn from 4. doing very good business, so feels safe. 5. you can pretty much choose the job you like to do, ofcourse working some a couple of years in huawei.
Cons
1. facilities are less than Average 2. Finance dept is pretty screwed up, so will act arrogant/busy, as they are not ready to help you or cannot help u in anyway. 3. the travel-DA is less than average, and has a pathetic way of calculating the DA. (even the smallest C-grade companies are better) 4. cannot really balance between personal life and work, most often it is work that should be given higher priority. 5. dosent really care about the employee's growth, comfort.
