Pros
I joined as a fresher to this company. I don't know what is happening in other companies or their work culture. But I dont know why , but I like my work, even though there is no personal life. May I am workaholic :-), But my team is good and my manager is also good. 1) It is very good for freshers... 2) It is excellent place for workaholic people :-) 3) I am getting good salary....compared to my friends in other companies.....
Cons
But this is a rare case in Huawei, believe me there are teams in huawei where you have to work like any thing, work in Saturdays Sundays and holidays and no rest at all....Just as one another friend told, I am seeing these iSAP people working like animals. and they are having daily stand-up meeting(another new junk introduced, AGILE...) at 8:30 I think..
