      Don't choose this company (at least when hired on contract) unless you are left with no options.

      Pros

      1. Good people to work with 2. very less politics, people are always helping (in spite of huge work load, probably the best thing in this company) 3. people are friendly

      Cons

      1. Worst work life balance compared to any IT industry, i can bet on this. The management expects you to work for 12 hrs a day on an avg (Just imagine). 2. Huge workload with very frequent deadlines. 3. One person is expected to take load of 2-3 persons.

      Pros

      tones of work and you will be provided with immediate hands on to learn (but most of the time, by yourself).. chance to travel around (if you like to stay oversea for at least 4 to 6 weeks in a single trip, maybe longer). one of the most competitive and profitable telecom vendor now

      Cons

      absolutely micro manage environment. 9 to 6pm but company will only make sure you come before 9am and leave after 7pm (at least).. some bosses can be extremely unreasonable and all communication will be just shut off.. working/meeting/training on weekend is not uncommon, unrealistic time line, assigned with out of job scope responsibility etc

      Company not prepared for entry into US Market: customer facing documents converted from Chinese poorly, decisions and all control in China
