Forcing staff to stay in office till late (10pm) if not will deem attitude problem, implemented clock in clock out system, hence even how late u work in office, the next morning I can’t late for 1 sec. Local management purposely arrange meeting / training in the weekend and force staff back to office Management too bloated, have the mindset that Huawei equip is leading and ahead of others vendor, hence operator have only choice which is Huawei only. The local management don’t like employee to smile and be happy in office, they will deem is employee attitude issue as not serious in office. Most employee in office is expat from China, if not is China PR or China converted citizen, the management not welcome local and promote local to management

The outsource staff is treated as slaves, no increment no bonus. There is a clear behaviour of racism as internal and outsource staff. Higher positions are only for Chinese while others are treated as servant or salves. Instead of team management the working methodology is based on pressure, pushing staff, and misbehaving with outsource staff. They don't care about your life. They only think you born for Huawei, you dont have any social life you don't have any family. Ren zhengfei only gives speeches, practically they have no specific direction.
