You work as an outsourced developer. If you prove useful they make a staff member. 4)English is necessary, Chinese will be very helpful. Communication with Chinese colleges is very frequent. A lot of corporate software and web resources are made in China and written in Chinese. There are issues with changing settings into English(sometimes it's not possible). 5) Project change frequently, sometimes a couple of times a year. Employees are required to learn new technologies(programming languages, toolchains, external tools, third-party libraries) fast. Little assistance from colleagues(they are in the same conditions).
