using bleeding edge technology and good learning oppurtunity.

recruiters and HR are trained to lower the offer and salary by any techniques whether it's insulting you, trick you into accepting a low offer, putting pressure on you by not giving you and offer until you have no more choices, ask you to leaver you current job before they give you an offer and many more tricks and that is how they welcome you to the company. communicating with China had a language barrier, often times conflicts could not be resolved by senior management.
