Worst management I have ever seen. Full of chinese philosophy. Fixed office in and out timing, if you are late for even 1 min then apply for leave. No support from senior management.Huawei is a manager oriented company not HR oriented that means managers have more power then HR. No work life balance, they expect you to work like slaves. This is a cheater company. Huawei don't keep it's promises. You have to point out that company didn't keep it's promises and if you create a big issue around that then only you can get those compensation other wise management and hr will raise the finger to each other, managers will say it's hr fault and hr will say it's managers, ultimately you will be the looser. Huawei cheates on salary also, they will offer something and give you less. If you complain they will tell it was a mistake in offer letter your actual is whatever you are getting now.

No roadmap and resources are very much slaves to the company .
