Pros

Growth opportunity for advancing skills, new technology, teams spread across the globe, job flexibility, work environment and friendly co-wrker relationships.

Cons

Comparison based compensation where if you are doing a good job but everyone else is a little better than you, then you don't get any shared profit.

Pros

Technology leader in some fields. Flexible work schedule. Good work and life balance. A place to work which will make you a little bit proud.

Cons

Outsourcing is always a continuous challenging for its US employees who worries about job stability. Lotus Notes is so slow and sucks, and IBM employees have to use it.

Pros

There are quite a lot of projects to be worked on and flexibility in working on other projects. There are a lot of intelligent people there for advice on all sorts of ideas and technologies.

Cons

There is a lot of bureaucracy for doing processes in a specific way. A lot of approvals need to take place before anything can be done, and information regarding anything HR related is difficult to find.
